The Audio team has responsibility for amplification, recording and distribution of church services.
Through the use of sound equipment and an alliance with the multi-media team, sermons are recorded, edited and uploaded to this website.
Included in the remit of this team is the maintenance of the hearing aid loop.

Our Carers' ministry team is responsible for looking after our congregants on a day to day basis.
Each team member is allocated several congregants and is responsible to assist them in times of illness, to pass on prayer points and generally care for their wellbeing.

This is one of the larger ministry teams and has ultimate responsibility to co-ordinate the provision of food and drink for various congregational events.
Sunday morning and evening teas, funerals and church luncheons are all covered by this team.

Our annual church camp in the first quarter of each year is handled by this team.
Team members are involved in the camp from concept to venue selection and activities. Also included is accommodation-related bookings, organising the theme and programme content and management of the camp on site.

Our crèche takes place during the morning church service in our purpose-built crèche facility.
This team manages all aspects of the crèche to allow parents to fully participate in congregational worship. Activities, materials and a Christian-based programme are provided by experienced carers.

We are blessed with many talented flower arrangers on this team and their responsibility is the provision of flowers for all church services and events.
In addition, the gardens in the church grounds are managed by this team.

Our three day programme during the July school holidays is managed by this team with particular emphasis on outreach, fun and leading children to Christ.
A stimulating schedule of activities is designed and delivered by the members in a fun-filled environment.

The primary purpose of our Library team is to edify God's people with good quality Christian media.
The team is actively involved in categorising books, organising an effective lending system and ensuring new books are included in the Library for the benefit of the wider congregation.

General maintenance of the church buildings is covered by this team.
The congregation is involved in the occasional working bee to ensure that the church is maintained to a high standard. Team members are encouraged to add their particular skills to the work requiring attention.

Events exclusively for attendance by our men is the focus of this team as is the associated outreach.
Quarterly breakfast meetings complete with an appropriate speaker and a breakfast, entirely organised and delivered by this male team, are popular. In addition, golf days are organised and well supported.

As a congregation we support many missionaries across the world.
This team is tasked with the co-ordination of that support from a congregational support, financial allocation and prayer request perspective. Regular updates to the congregation are provided through a "Mission Spot" slot at the morning service.

The remit of this team is fairly large but essentially covers the design and maintenance of the two websites, the weekly preparation and production of the newsletter and the preparation and projection of the PowerPoint presentations for all services.
An integrated wireless network and future video capabilities are presently also being investigated by this team.

Music is a cornerstone of our ministry and worship and this team co-ordinates all music-related activities.
Our gospel choir, instruments, choice of new songs and delivery of worship music is included in this team's portfolio. We have an enviable ensemble of musicians and instruments which we use to glorify God!

We attempt to identify and draw near to all visitors to make them feel welcome from their very first visit.
This team has a rostered duty to attend and welcome visitors to the services, provide them with an information pack on our church and follow up their visit with phone calls and an introduction to church life.

Outreach to the local community is important to our church and this team holds regular BBQ's in the area, maintains external signage at the church and aims to establish and build relationships in the community.
Equipping the congregation for outreach and working on promotional materials are also included in this team's portfolio.

Our Playgroup is an important outreach for us to provide low level Christian teaching to the mothers and children attending.
This team staffs and manages content and activities for the weekly Playgroup. A warm and inviting environment is offered with varied activities and tea provided.

This team strives to stimulate and facilitate St Stephen's in its aim to be a vibrant, praying church.
Their mission is to support our pastor, elders, members, visitors and our ministries through constant prayer and to pray for Christian revival throughout the world and conversion of those still living in darkness.

Our Sunday School is a vital component of our worship and caters, during school terms, for the children in our congregation.
Strong Christian emphasis and varied activities are provided with the aim of nurturing our children. A dedicated team of teachers compliments a growing and vibrant Sunday School.

Our Women's Ministry aims to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere by organising a variety of social activities for our women.
We encourage our women to build a social network within the church and provide an opportunity for women to grow in their faith in Christ.

Our Youth Group - called Yoshi - strives to provide Christian teaching, encouragement and social interaction for teenagers within the church and in the local area.
